In accordance with the US consumer protection and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines, bestplantours includes booking fees on top of our base rates for flights, hotels, cruises, and car rentals. You will see these charges apply to each traveler, per ticket, or for the duration you rented a vehicle. We believe in complete transparency when it comes to costing, so every single fee and tax is shown before you hit pay and is completely built into the final checkout price.

- All sales final: Once you complete the transaction, the booking fees cannot be refunded unless there’s a specific mention of it by the federal or state government.
- Rates change: The final pricing you see is heavily dependent on your particular destination, airline rules, and regional laws.
- International exchange: For those who book from outside the USA, your grand total will first be converted to your local currency at checkout using live bank rates and then shown to you.
